ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level V4
Methods, techniques and tools for efficient software testing
What can you expect from this course?

Goals of participating in ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level V4
This comprehensive course covers all the fundamental aspects of software testing and its benefits in both traditional and agile project environments.
After attending our training course, participants will be familiar with the basic concepts of testing, different testing approaches and their strengths and weaknesses. They will be able to identify and implement the activities appropriate to their needs and to assess the quality of the resulting documents and the efficiency of testing. They will know how to improve testing and to adapt the testing process to the surrounding software development life cycle. They will understand the principles of test management. They will understand both the impact of risks on testing and the factors that influence test prioritisation and effort.
They will see their role as part of a cross-functional team, identify the skills required for testing and they will have practised techniques such as writing clear and effective reports on defects, test progress and quality.
They will also have considered the risks and benefits of test automation.
This seminar promotes the contents of the ISTQB® syllabus and is accredited by the Canadian Software Testing Board and German Testing Board. You will be ideally prepared to participate in the examination to obtain the "ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level" certificate.
