Education and training

The training of our junior staff is particularly important to us. The company can only expect high-quality work from employees who are well prepared for their tasks. For this reason, imbus has made it its business to support its employees from the outset and to invest in their professional qualifications.

We train in the following professions:

• Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d)
• Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement  (m/w/d)
• Duales Verbundstudium (Wirtschafts-) Informatik (m/w/d)

As an apprenticing company, imbus has set itself the goal of offering both deep and broad training and of taking on junior staff on a permanent basis as far as possible after completion of their training period.

The following applies to training at imbus:

• Experienced trainers and training supervisors ensure a high level of training.
• To ensure intensive and individual support during the training, you will be assigned a specialist trainer (m/w/d).
• Depending on the training year and your individual knowledge and experience, you will be given responsibility for a specific area of responsibility as early as possible.
• During the training you will get to know different departments and company divisions within the framework of rotations.
• You will be entrusted with diverse and interesting tasks in various specialist areas.
• This gives you the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have learned at vocational school in practice in our company.
• We also offer you the opportunity to take part in training courses in our company's own training centre.
